President

Mr. Armstrong has had 33+ years of experience as a state and national leader in higher education and economic development. In particular, he is a higher education consultant, international educator, investor, board member, and philanthropist. He is president emeritus, retired, of Broward College, one of the largest and most diverse institutions in America.

He is also the co-chair for the Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance Six Pillars Economic Program, Co-Chair of the Broward Business Council for Homelessness, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Broward, and the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES) -- Fulbright Scholar Program. 

 

Additionally, he is an Executive Search Consultant for the Association of Community College Trustees, assisting boards in recruiting and selecting CEOs. He is also a past chairman of Leadership Florida.

Dr. Kyle Konold has had over 25+ years of experience in education as a School Principal, Superintendent, Vice President of Academic Affairs, as well as Advisory Board Member for many secondary and post secondary schools.

Dr. Susan D’Aloia is an interdisciplinary educator, coach, writer, and speaker based in New York. She has worked as a consultant, professor, manager and trainer in both emerging and mature markets in the United States, Nicaragua, the Middle East, Vietnam, Singapore and throughout Asia-Pacific.

Dr. Susan D’Aloia empowers students and professionals to address performance challenges through learning and development initiatives. Today she focuses specifically on bridging language, expertise, and emotion with technology to motivate individuals and groups through coaching and strategic training.

Ms. Huong Nguyen

With more than 10 years of experience working in the field of Education with international students and teachers, Ms. Huong Nguyen is adept at integrating subject content and language, implementing and bringing the American curriculum to life in countries outside of the US.

She is passionate at making sure students from different backgrounds and cultures have access to the American-standard education, and teachers are skilled at adapting their teaching to the different groups of students.
