LOGIN HELP
Quick Fixes Before You Call
Check Caps Lock. Passwords are case-sensitive — Caps Lock being on is the most common cause.
Check your keyboard language. If your device is typing in Vietnamese or a different layout, switch to English before entering your password.
Watch for extra spaces. Copying and pasting login info often carries an invisible space at the start or end.
Find the email with your login info. It was sent to the email address you provided at enrollment — check your spam folder. Still can't find it? Contact us and we'll resend it.
