About Ivy Global School
Ivy Global School ("IGS") is a K–12 educational institution duly established, registered, and operating under the laws of the United States, with its academic headquarters, administrative leadership, and a physical teaching campus located in the State of Florida, USA. IGS offers two distinct modes of study: (i) a full-time in-person program delivered at the physical campus in Florida, and (ii) a separate online learning program. The mode of study, eligibility criteria, and applicable legal
requirements for each student are determined individually based on the student's residency, nationality, and visa status.
Academic Standards and Accreditation
The IGS curriculum is aligned with Florida's Benchmarks for Excellent Student Thinking (B.E.S.T.) Standards. Diplomas issued by IGS are recognized by the State of Florida, USA. The IGS program is accredited by Cognia, an international education accreditation organization.
Recognition by Receiving Institutions
The acceptance, recognition, transfer, or equivalency determination of any diploma, transcript, or credential issued by IGS — for purposes including but not limited to university admissions, academic transfer, scholarship applications, student visa applications,
or any other use — at any university, college, educational institution, or receiving authority (whether within or outside the United States) lies entirely within the sole discretion of each receiving institution, in accordance with its own policies, criteria, and regulations in effect from time to time. IGS does not represent, control, or influence the decisions of such receiving institutions.
Program Scope and Academic Pathway
IGS is a U.S. K–12 educational program designed to prepare students for university study at institutions in the United States and internationally. The IGS diploma is a U.S. high school diploma recognized by the State of Florida; it is not a credential within the Vietnamese national education system and is not intended to substitute for the Vietnamese national K–12 curriculum. The use of the IGS diploma within Vietnam — including for admission to Vietnamese domestic institutions, transfer within the Vietnamese national education system, or other administrative purposes — is subject to the policies of each receiving institution and applicable Vietnamese regulations in effect from time to time. IGS makes no representation or guarantee regarding the outcome of such processes within Vietnam
F-1 Student Visas and U.S
Legal Requirements. International students (including students from Vietnam) seeking to attend the in-person program at the Florida physical campus under F-1 student visa status must satisfy all requirements established by U.S. law, including full-time in-person attendance at the physical campus in accordance with the regulations of the Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) and the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS). F-1 students may not use the IGS online program to substitute for, or maintain, their F-1 visa status, except as expressly permitted under U.S. law. The issuance, renewal, and maintenance of F-1 visas lie entirely within the authority of the U.S. Government and its relevant agencies; IGS makes no representation or guarantee regarding the visa outcome of any student. Parents and students bear sole responsibility for independently researching and complying with all applicable U.S. immigration and visa regulations.
